Ordering
In order to purchase an original piece, please write an email to mail@christinakorsgaard.com.
Include the title of the original you would like to purchase, your address and wishes for shipping.
We strive to answer all inquiries within 5 working days.
An order is not final before the payment is received.
Payment
Prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) including Danish VAT.
Guidance exchange rate is 7,45 DKK/EUR.
Christina Korsgaard accepts payment by bank transfer only.
We reserve the right to refuse any payments or cancel orders at our own discretion.
Delivery
When payment is received, the order will be completed and sent to you within 5 business days, and a confirmation email with the invoice including track and trace number for your shipment will be sent to your mailbox.
We offer worldwide delivery.
Shipping within EU is normally included – if not, we will let you know.
For international customers: Customs, duty and additional postage or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return and refund policy
If, for any reason, you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
You can return your purchased items within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at mail@christinakorsgaard.com, remember to include your account information. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. The refund is made in DKK, we are not liable for changes in exchange rates.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your account within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
